By using Quick Convert (the "Service") you ("User") agree to this Release Agreement.
1. Acknowledgement of risk
The User acknowledges that all conversions, calculations, and rates are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors, omissions, or stale data.
2. Release and waiver
The User hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Quick Convert, its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
3. Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claim arising out of the User's breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.
4. User-generated content
If the User submits feedback, suggestions, or other content, the User grants Quick Convert a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
5. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
6. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By continuing to use the Service the User confirms they have read and accepted this Release Agreement.
