1. The service
Quick Convert is a web-based set of converters and calculators. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the billing portal. Statutory consumer rights including the UK 14-day right of withdrawal apply.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, or scrape the service.
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls or security controls.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The Quick Convert name, logo, and software are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
